About The AltarLife: From 2006-2013, two guys (Brent Hughes and The Unchained Gospel’s own, Geoff Desiato) with very little radio experience produced a local radio show based out of South Jersey for the Greater Philadelphia region. The goal was to create a hybrid of a rock concert, comedy club and church sermon. Well, two out of three ain’t bad. By intertwining the best Christian music had to offer with relevant discussions from the Word of God, the AltarLife established itself as a staple among teens and families in the Philadelphia market. As the show grew and the format solidified, the AltarLife went on to be syndicated on over a dozen stations nationwide. These podcasts contain the original segments from each episode, edited together to create a new podcast.
